Advanced: Development and Games! SOLD OUT
The Advanced program is for driven 13–14U club boys, 13–15U club girls, and grade 9 and 10 boys and girls who already possess a solid technical foundation and are hungry to sharpen their skills. If you are comfortable serving overhand, consistently passing an overhand serve to target, consistently look to utilize all three hits and have some instruction on positional responsibilities this is the program for you!
This is not beginner training. This is refinement, repetition and growth. Athletes in the Advanced program train alongside similarly skilled players in a fun, high energy environment that challenges execution, decision making, and volleyball IQ.
Each session will consist of a skill development portion, followed by games! The drills done in the skill development portion will be tailored to the overall skill level of the group.
Games will have a focus on fun and skill improvement. There will be times where score is kept and competition is raised, however, athletes need to feel safe to improve and we feel they get enough competition with their club or school teams.
Sessions will be combined with the intermediate program
One court will be dedicated to the intermediate athletes (Usually grades 7-8), and one court will be dedicated to the advanced athletes (Usually grades 8-9)

Beginner Skill Development

Sessions will consist of a variety of activities and drills that will improve your volleyball skills and knowledge of the game. Smaller courts and lighter balls are generally used to allow for better development, more touches, more success and most importantly more fun! Sessions are designed for youth who are new to the sport of volleyball or are still too young to maintain a rally during game situations. The most common ages are kids in grades 4 - 8, however, if you feel as though your child will benefit from the program they are more than welcome!

Intermediate: Development and Games!

The Intermediate program is designed for boys and girls who are ready to take the next step in their volleyball journey. Athletes in this group are comfortable passing with a partner, have been introduced to spiking, and are beginning to develop consistency with overhand serving.
This program bridges the gap between learning the basics and playing the game with structure and intention.
Each session will consist of a skill development portion, followed by games! Athletes will improve on the foundational skills of passing, serving and attacking and learn to translate those skills in game situations. Learning to control the ball well enough to utilize three hits and generate an attack are the prime focus for this group. The drills done in the skill development portion will be tailored to the overall skill level of the group.
Games will have a focus on fun and skill improvement. There will be times where score is kept and competition is raised, however, fun and skill development will always be the number one focus for this age group.
