Beginner Skill Development
Sessions will consist of a variety of activities and drills that will improve your volleyball skills and knowledge of the game. Smaller courts and lighter balls are generally used to allow for better development, more touches, more success and most importantly more fun! Sessions are designed for youth who are new to the sport of volleyball or are still too young to maintain a rally during game situations. The most common ages are kids in grades 4 - 8, however, if you feel as though your child will benefit from the program they are more than welcome!
WINTER SESSIONS
Friday evenings from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Location: Knox Christian PS (Bowmanville)
Cost: $150 (Includes a T-shirt!)

Intermediate/High School Skill Development and Games!
Sessions will combine the concepts from the previous Intermediate and High School Programs. Each session will consist of a skill development portion, followed by games! Athletes will improve on previously learned skills and learn to translate those skills in game situations. The drills done in the skill development portion will be tailored to the skill level of the group. Games will have a focus on fun and skill improvement and not competition. Regulation courts will be used, however, on occassion a lighter ball may be used if an athlete is just learning to serve overhand. This program is geared towards athletes in grade 7-10 who have previously played on a club team, a school team or who have already taken a beginner program and have good control passing a volleyball.
